Returns & Refunds Policy

At YBON LLC, your satisfaction matters to us. Due to the nature of handcrafted skincare and personal care products, we have established the following policy to ensure safety, fairness, and clarity for both our customers and our business.
Please review this policy carefully before placing your order.
All Sales Final
For hygiene and safety reasons, all product sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on skincare, body care, or personal care products once they have shipped.
Refunds
Refunds are not issued once an order has been processed or shipped.
The only exception is in the case of items that arrive damaged during transit or if an error was made on our end.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@ybonllc.com and include:
Your order number
Clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging
Once reviewed and approved, we may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Allergies & Sensitivities
We encourage customers to review ingredient lists carefully before purchasing.
YBON LLC is not responsible for allergic reactions or sensitivities to product ingredients. We recommend performing a patch test prior to full use of any product.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Delivery issues related to lost, stolen, or delayed packages are addressed in our Shipping Policy. While we are unable to issue refunds or replacements for packages once they are in the carrier’s possession, we are happy to assist by guiding you through next steps when possible.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet entered processing.
Once processing has begun, orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.

YBON LLC reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
