The Heart Behind YBON

Long before I became a licensed esthetician, I learned to appreciate plants, oils, and simple forms of care from my mother and grandmother.

Those early lessons shaped the way I approach skin today: pay attention, care with intention, and don’t assume more is always better.

My own experiences with difficult skin, caring for someone I love with severe eczema, and years of professional esthetics experience have deepened that belief.

I’ve learned that skin is nuanced. Its needs can change, and what works beautifully for someone else may not be what your skin needs. That’s why paying attention matters more than following every trend.

Learning to recognize those differences became the foundation of PAUSE and the way I approach skin at YBON.
