How long does it take to process my order?
In stock items process within 2–4 business days.
Some products, including select whipped tallow items, balms, and skincare, may be freshly prepared to ensure quality and freshness and can take 3–7 business days to process.
Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.
When will my order ship?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package.
Shipping times vary based on location and carrier.
Do you offer local pickup?
Local pickup may be available for select customers and locations.
If local pickup is an option for your order, you’ll receive pickup instructions by email once your order is ready.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure online payments through:

Full payment is required at the time of purchase.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payments are processed through secure, trusted payment providers. YBON LLC does not store or have access to your full payment details.
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of handcrafted skincare and personal care products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has shipped.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@ybonllc.com with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging.
Approved claims may be eligible for a replacement or store credit.
What if my package is marked as delivered but I don’t have it?
Once an order has shipped, delivery is handled by the carrier.
If your package appears delayed or is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please reach out to us and we’ll do our best to guide you on next steps with the carrier.
Do tallow products melt during shipping?
Tallow-based products are sensitive to heat and may soften or melt during warm weather.
This does not affect the quality or effectiveness of the product. Simply allow it to cool and re-solidify at room temperature.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet entered processing.
Once processing has begun, orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, YBON ships within the United States only.
