Directions for Use

Place a portion of the  blend into the included muslin bag.

Bring a small pot of water to a gentle boil, add the muslin bag, and steep for 10-15 minutes.

Pour the infused herbal concentrate into your bath, foot soak, or hand soak.

Soak for 10-15 minutes, allowing the herbs and minerals to comfort and soften the skin.

Gently pat skin dry (do not rub) and immediately follow with a barrier-supportive oil or balm to help seal in moisture.

Alternative Uses:

• Use as a warm compress for localized comfort

• Pour over the body in the shower for those who prefer not to bathe
