Service Policies – Lashes, Facials & Waxing

At YBON Esthetics, we strive to provide a relaxing and professional experience for every client. To ensure the best service for all, please review our policies before booking..

• 📌 Booking & Deposits

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your service total.
  • If booking with a local payment option, the deposit must be sent via CashApp, Zelle, Cash or Paypal within 2 hours of booking.
  • Appointments without a deposit may be offered to another client.

  📌 Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
  • Late cancellations or no-shows will result in a forfeited deposit and may require prepayment for future bookings.

  📌 Late Arrivals

  • Please arrive 5 minutes early to prepare for your appointment.
  • Arrivals 15 minutes late or more may result in a shortened service or cancellation.

  📌 Lash Extension Policies

  • Arrive with clean, makeup-free lashes. If cleansing is required, a lash cleaning fee will apply.
  • If you experience an allergic reaction within 48 hours, I offer a free removal. Please notify me immediately.
  • If you experience excessive shedding within 48 hours, I will add lashes at no extra cost.

  • Refills beyond 4 weeks require a full removal and a new set.

  • Late refills may be subject to additional fees if lashes are overgrown or sparse.

  • Model pricing is a privilege offered to select clients; consistency is required to maintain eligibility.

  📌 Facial & Waxing Policies

  • Please inform us of any skin sensitivities, allergies, or medical conditions before your appointment.
  • Avoid sun exposure, exfoliating, and using active skincare ingredients 48 hours before and after waxing.
  • If you are using retinol, Accutane, or any prescription skincare, please inform us before booking a facial or waxing service.

  📌 Personalized Experience

  Your comfort is our priority! During your treatment, you can choose:

  • A silent appointment or conversation—whichever makes you most comfortable.
  • Crystals, sage, and meditation can be incorporated into your service for added relaxation.

  📌 Refund Policy

  • All services are non-refundable. If you experience any issues with your service, please notify us within 48 hours, and we will do our best to make necessary adjustments.
