Processing Time
YBON products are handcrafted in small batches with quality and freshness in mind.
Our in stock, ready-to-ship items process within 2-4 business days
Select items, including some whipped tallow products, balms, and skincare, may be freshly prepared at the time of your order to ensure the best experience. These items may require 3–7 business days for processing
Processing times do not include weekends or holidays. During launches, sales, or holiday periods, processing times may be slightly extended. We truly appreciate your patience as we create something special just for you.
Shipping Methods & Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Orders are shipped primarily via USPS. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Delivery Time
Delivery times vary depending on your selected shipping method and destination. While we prepare your order with care, delivery timelines are managed by the carrier.
YBON LLC is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control, but we always encourage you to reach out if you have concerns.
Local Pickup
Local pickup may be available for select customers and locations.
Pickup instructions will be sent via email once your order is ready
Orders must be picked up within the communicated pickup window
Orders not picked up within this timeframe may be canceled without refund
Please bring your order confirmation when picking up your items.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please double‑check your shipping address at checkout to ensure accurate delivery.
YBON LLC is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an address issue, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
Heat Disclaimer (Tallow Products)
Tallow-based products are naturally sensitive to heat.
During warmer months or in extreme temperatures, items may soften or melt during transit. This does not affect the quality, safety, or effectiveness of the product.
Simply allow the product to cool and re‑solidify at room temperature
Avoid leaving products in hot vehicles or direct sunlight
By purchasing tallow-based products, you acknowledge and accept this natural characteristic.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once your order has shipped and tracking information has been provided, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier.
If your package appears delayed or is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please reach out to us and we will do our best to guide you on next steps with the carrier. While YBON LLC cannot replace or refund packages once they are in the carrier’s possession, we are happy to support you through the claims process when possible.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@ybonllc.com and include:
Your order number
Clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging
Approved claims may be eligible for a replacement or store credit, at our discretion.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of handcrafted skincare and personal care products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges, and refunds are not issued once an order has shipped.
The only exception is for items damaged during transit, which must be reported within 48 hours as outlined above.
International Shipping
At this time, YBON LLC ships within the United States only.
We hope to offer international shipping in the future.
